The new health care reform law is top of mind for most health benefit managers these days, and we’ve made it the centerpiece of our 2010 survey. For more than two decades, Mercer’s annual survey has been the nation’s largest, most influential survey on the topic of employer-sponsored health benefits, with about 3,000 employers participating each year. Employers, policymakers and the media rely on the survey for detailed benchmark data on health plan cost and design, and for insight into the strategies employers are using to manage benefit cost and employee health.
Survey participants receive the two-volume report on survey findings for free (non-participants are charged $1,200). Results are broken out by employer size, industry and geographic region so that you can make meaningful comparisons to your own benefits program. And because the survey is national, we can compare results for employers in South Florida to state and regional benchmarks.
If you've already received an invitation to participate in the survey, we hope you'll join the thousands of HR professionals who complete it each year. If you haven't received an e-mail invitation from us but would like to participate, please contact Tyler Bolander at tyler.bolander@mercer.com or call 954-838-3564
You may complete the survey online or on paper. Of course, your individual responses will be kept strictly confidential. |
